FAQ & HOW-TO's for newbie snaggers :)

First off, prior experience with html and css is pretty important when it comes to snagging. Here are some helpful answers to questions you may have, and some helpful hints for newbie snaggers :)

1. Can I use your graphics on other sites?
NO, please do not use my graphics on any site other than your Myspace page.

2. Can I share your graphics with my friends?
NO, I prefer that once you download something from my site, that it is for your personal use only. However, feel free to pass my site link on to your friends!

3. Do you take requests?

YES, I do take requests for icons and glitter snags, but I charge a small fee for custom layouts.

If you would like to know more about requests, see the links below:
- Custom layout [VIEW REQUEST FORM]
- Custom Icon [VIEW REQUEST FORM]
- Custom Glitter name/sig [VIEW REQUEST FORM]

4. How do I save your icons and snags to my pc?

On the image, right click and select "save picture as..." Make sure you save it to a folder or location on your computer where you can easily find it so you can do step 7!

5. How do I get the graphic from my PC to my Myspace page?

I recommend using an image hosting site like Photobucket, where you can upload your image for free and link it to your page.

Photobucket: Once you upload the image to your photobucket album (you must sign up for an account, it is free!), choose the "HTML CODE" which copies automatically, and paste to your about me.
9. What is the difference between .GIFs, .JPGs, and .PNGs?A .GIF file is any image that is animated such as a glitter graphic.
A .JPG file is an image that is not animated.
A .PNG file is an image that is not animated but is able to be saved with a transparent background.

I have images as all three types on my site. When you download a graphic and the "save picture" screen pops up, the "save as type" will automatically be the file extention needed.

I hope this has been a helpful blog! I am sure I will probably add to it, and of course if you have any questions please feel free to send me a message and I will answer them the best I can.
